Do I need any special skills to coach?
You need patience and enthusiasm! We have a fantastic HL Director of Coaching who is willing to help/support you. Most HL teams have parent coaches who started off by just wanting to be involved. Without our volunteer coaches we wouldn't have a league. Thank you to those who step up to help out.

Are the adult leagues competitive?
NO, We try to stress that the adult leagues are just for fun - non-competitive, a great, social way to get some exercise. There are all levels of soccer players from novice to advanced. Everyone is welcome to come out and sweat! We do recommend that if you want more of a competitive game please check out the Peterborough Adult Leagues - they are very well ran and we feel they are more suitable for the competitive player.
